History of the Health Center
Dr. Moses is a graduate of West Chester University, and earned his dental degree at The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He continues to practice general dentistry in Campbelltown, Pennsylvania, and would love to have you as a new patient! Please call the office at any time, we will set up an appointment for you as soon as possible.

Office Policies
The following list of office policies are to be adhered to by every patient that is a member of Dr. Moses office. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to call our office and ask!
- Every patient of Dr. Moses' office should have their teeth examined, cleaned, and radiographed AT LEAST one time each year.
- Every patient should have a full mouth radiograph examination and Panorex on their initial visit to Dr. Moses' office.
- Full mouth radiographs should be taken after each patient's initial visit to Dr. Moses' office every consecutive five years.
- A periodontal examination should be done after the initial visit every five years.
- All crowns & bridges should be examined and radiographed by Dr. Moses at least once every year.
- All root canals should be examined by Dr. Moses at least once a year with both visual examination and radiograph(s).
- All dentures and partial dentures should be examined once each year by Dr. Moses.
- Patients of Dr. Moses' office should have a medical examination by a physician at least once a year. (forms to be filled out by physician can be found on the home page).
- Patients of Dr. Moses' office that miss two or more appointments in one calendar year without informing staff will be asked to seek treatment at another dental facility.
- Patients of Dr. Moses' office requiring pre-treatment antibiotics for any health-related reason (joint replacement, heart condition, etc.) must take their prescribed dosage no earlier than ONE HOUR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
- Patients who require pre-treatment antibiotics but fail to take them for any reason will be required to reschedule their appointment and pay a $40.00 fee.
